Melissa is a qualified commercial tenant and buyer representative with over 20 years of experience specializing in the office and flex industrial markets. She is a highly analytical advisor who loves the ‘art of the hunt’ to find amazing real estate to meet her clients’ needs. With over $23 million in transactions, she has worked with startups and experienced corporations alike and understands their unique space needs. Prior to joining Equity, Melissa worked in real estate in Atlanta for 13 years focusing on commercial tenant representation, real estate development, and asset management. Melissa is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. When not helping clients with their lease transactions, Melissa likes to spend time with her husband and two daughters. She volunteers with many organizations and enjoys cooking, golf, tennis, hiking and long walks on the beach.
