Building Columbus Awards

High Bank won both 'Best Adaptive Re-Use' and the Merit Award under Adaptive Re-Use with the American Institute of Architects’ Columbus chapter, celebrating the successful transformation of an existing structure. 

NAIOP Awards

Equity proudly received the Best Office Award for Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., which was celebrated for its thoughtful design and market impact. High Bank Distillery Co. was a Runner-Up for Best Adaptive Reuse, acknowledged for transforming an existing structure into a vibrant community destination. Britton Flex was a Runner-Up for Best Industrial Project, recognized for its flexibility and strategic location. 

Power 125 List

Steve Wathen was named among the 125 most influential leaders of Central Ohio, a testament to his significant impact in the region. 

CoStar Award Winners

Matt Cooper was named a 2025 CoStar Award recipient. 

Robert Matias was honored with a CoStar Power Broker Award for his exceptional performance and transactional volume in Central Ohio. He was also recognized as Broker of the Year by Tractor Supply Company.
