Lauri Stefanou

Lauri Stefanou, Senior Vice President of Sales and Leasing at Equity, brings over 30 years of professional experience to Equity’s team. She specializes in Retail, Healthcare, Office, and Land Development sectors in commercial real estate. To date, she has participated in well over $100M in sale, lease, construction, and marketing transactions.

Lauri offers a unique perspective to Equity’s team. Throughout her career, she has had an array of experience including representing and providing consulting services including Landlord, Tenant, Seller, Buyer, Property Management, Construction and Development representation and oversight. She has been recognized as a top producing commercial real estate specialist and has overseen and served as a team member on multiple construction, development and management projects including an 18,000 SF Salon and Spa, numerous luxury urban condominium projects, and has provided property management services for a portfolio of multi-million dollar assets.

Lauri has served as Maderia Ohio Chamber of Commerce President, is a graduate of Hondros College and holds several National Association of Realtors Designations. She is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, and the Greater Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate Council, the International Council of Shopping Centers and has served on numerous Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) committees.
