Matt Lasky serves as Managing Director at Equity where he co-leads the Market Strategy team. For over a decade, Matt has specialized in representing multi-site healthcare users spanning all acuity types in de-novo expansion, lease renewals, and portfolio management. He has executed over 100 transactions annually and has facilitated transactions in 43 states. Matt’s advisory work includes notable de-novo rollouts in urgent care, behavioral health, and aesthetics where the Market Strategy team was responsible for more than 10% of new locations nationally over a multi-year period. The team pro-actively oversees a 3+ million square foot portfolio of medical leases, reducing risk while saving time and money for their clients. Matt graduated from Miami University cum laude with a degree in finance and a concentration in business analytics.
