Kelly Gray, Senior Vice President of Sales and Leasing at Equity and Certified Commercial Investment Member of the Board of Realtors, brings over 20 years of real estate experience and expertise to Equity’s industry-disrupting team. She specializes in retail and restaurant sales and leasing along with retail investment sales. Kelly thrives on doing deals and has closed over $165M in transactions throughout her professional career. Kelly has structured deals with tenants and buyers such as McDonalds, Sonic Drive-Ins, YUM! Brands, Hot Head Burritos, CarMax, Caribou Coffee, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Chipotle, DiBella’s Old Fashioned Subs, Jersey Mike’s, Love’s Truck Stops, LL Flooring, Montgomery County and Habitat for Humanity. Kelly graduated Magna Cum Laude from Capital University. She was named a Top 10 Business Women for the 2024-2025 year from the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA), a Co-Star Power Broker in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 Co-Star Power Broker, one of Dayton’s Power 50 Businesswomen from 2014-2019 the, and one of the Dayton Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2007. Kelly has been a speaker at the ICSC Ohio Idea Exchange, was an adjunct professor at Sinclair Community College and is an active volunteer for Artemis Center.
