(COLUMBUS, OH- December 20, 2024)- Equity, a leading nationwide commercial real estate firm, is thrilled to announce the promotion of Jaimine Johnson to the position of Managing Director, overseeing the brokerage teams in the Columbus, Tampa, and Orlando markets. With an impressive background spanning nearly two decades in the industry, Jaimine brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success to her new role. Joining Equity in June of 2024, Jaimine has been the Managing Director of  the Orlando and Tampa markets and has recently gained the Columbus market as part of her brokerage responsibilities.

Prior to joining Equity, Jaimine served as the Director of Commercial Operations, Leasing, and Sales for DRK, where she played a pivotal role in developing and implementing long-term strategies for the commercial asset division. Her leadership resulted in the management of over $225 million in assets, with a remarkable focus on driving revenue and increasing overall business profitability. Jaimine’s dedication and strategic vision have been recognized through numerous accolades, including being named among the “Top 20 to Know in Real Estate” and “Top 20 Women in Business” by Columbus Business First, as well as one of the 10 Most Successful Businesswomen to Watch in 2022. Jaimine’s extensive experience extends beyond her time at DRK, having served as the first vice president of Colliers Healthcare Real Estate Group and as senior vice president of commercial real estate at Huntington National Bank. Her contributions to these organizations earned her recognition as a Costar Power Broker in 2014 and her placement in the “Top 100 in Real Estate” for 2021.
