Hampton Friedman, CCIM, JD

Hampton focuses on Investment sales, owner and tenant representation. He was first licensed in 1990 as an agent in Florida.  He has experience with all major real estate asset types and specializes in medical and industrial properties.  He finds purpose in building enduring relationships, identifying value and protecting clients from risk.

Earlier in his career Hampton was owner and senior attorney at both H. Hampton Friedman & Associates and Active Title, LLC where he managed a transactional and real estate law practice. He earned a BS from Stetson University and JD from Loyola University.
