Scott Cubberly

Scott Cubberly, a Senior Brokerage Advisor at Equity, brings over 30 years of real estate experience and expertise to Equity’s industry-leading team. He specializes in office, development, and land real estate.

Scott’s favorite thing about his job as a Senior Brokerage Associate is helping small businesspeople achieve their real estate goals. A current highlight for Scott: he is serving in the “Owners Agent” role to develop a non-profit mental healthcare campus for Delaware County. Each service provider works synergistically with each other to help families of Delaware.

Scott graduated with a BA from Donsbach University in Nutrition. He will be President of The Delaware Rotary and serves on several Boards in Central Ohio.
